Styling Addicts Returns & Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

At Styling Addicts, we aim to provide high-quality aftermarket automotive products. If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

Accepted Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unfitted, and in original condition

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is in original packaging with all included parts and accessories

  • The product is faulty on arrival or incorrectly supplied

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been installed, fitted, modified, or used

  • Items damaged during installation or misuse

  • Products returned due to change of mind after fitting

  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products

  • Items missing original packaging or components

  • Products with damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of packaging, product, and issue

  • We will assess and offer replacement parts, exchange, or refund where appropriate

Please note:

  • Damage caused during fitting, over-tightening, improper installation, or user error is not considered a manufacturing fault

  • Styling Addicts reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving refunds

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your order number

  2. Await return authorisation

  3. Return the item at your expense unless faulty or incorrectly supplied

  4. Once inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refund Deductions

Where applicable, refunds may be reduced if:

  • The item shows signs of installation

  • Packaging is damaged

  • Parts are missing

  • Product value has diminished due to customer handling

Goodwill Replacements

Any replacement parts or support provided as goodwill does not constitute acceptance of product fault or automatic eligibility for full product return.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise

Business Protection

Styling Addicts reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
